It sounds good but how many sites post negitive replies. However not to say I am not interested. I guess my major concern is What sections of the computer are your techs getting access to. I am kind of doing a college study to be a tech. I mean if I do this my first thought is to romove all person files off the PC. Yes a bit of over reacting. My question is what security do you have in place? So they install and activate the product and then disconnect. I do not see how any user could believe that. Correct me if I am wrong the remote connection gives you access anywhere on the PC. Anyway please give me more info on your service.

Tenemos problemas de instalacion. No podemos registrar el programa cuando lo instalamos en un sony vaio, solo lo deja abierto 7 dias y despues se anula, el programa nos lleva a la página de Adobe, y no sabemos como registrar.

Can’t help but notice that the site is broken – can’t use contact us as it goes to an empty directory, for a professional site, there are a surprising amount of misspelled words, and last, the “video” promoting virtual sets 3 shows the sets in virtual sets 4, although the insets all say sets 3, and the video promoting virtual sets 4 shows the sets from set 3, although, again, the insets all say set 4. Didn’t look at sets 1 and 2, though, so I don’t know if they are right or not. If the software does what you say it does, and what the videos look like, this really is some “serious video magic.”
As video may become a hobby in a few months, this will definitely be something to consider, although I don’t like your way of activation. I personally don’t like even the thought of allowing remote administration to my personal computer. And yes, I understand your concerns since the price isn’t all that outrageous.
I am the original owner of Serious Magic Software both Visual Communicator 2 and Ultra 2 as well as 3 Master library sets.
I have my original disks and installation keys.
Adobe is of no help and in my opinion has violated their purchase of Serious Magic by failing to support the legacy products.
I am seeking support as I am having problems installing my software on my new Windows 7 64 Ultimate computer.

I am original purchaser of Ultra 2 and all set libraries – I haven’t used for a while but now have a project that would be great for this. But when I revist the package the sets won’t work 16:9 – they don’t fill the screen of a 16:9 project. Am I missing something?

I have had and been using SERIOUS MAGIC for 7 years. I had to reload all my software due to a hard disk crash. I can not load the software ULTRA but can not run the program. It asks me to re-activate and when I answer yes, it just goes away. How do I get the program to work.
