For being patient with my installation. The fact that I did not have a microphone for the phone call and had to resort to texting to do the installation did not make the install as fast as it could have been. Even though my computer had some issues you worked around them as only a tech expert can. I am very satisfied. Seeing how complex the software installation was I could never have done the install myself. I am waiting for lighting for my green screen set up and have not been able to key any footage yet. However I did play around with the program and everything seems to work great.
Thank you so much for your service. I have to admit I was skeptical at first because I am not use to doing business like this. I owned a copy of Ultra and got a new computer. Adobe has ran the Ultra software in the ground and took the technology for their Adobe 5 Suite. Needless to say I could not re activate Ultra on my new computer.
I found your service to be very quick and Legit. For those that question the legitimacy of this service I give them 2 thumbs up. I highly recommend it to people who miss being able to use the ultra program and virtual rooms and the price is unbeatable.

I am very interested in starting an “online church” that is non-traditional in approach. I love all the different virtual studios, for it would give me many “better than real settings” for my online congregation. I am planning on using YouTube and Facebook to implement my plan. I am an average computer guy that is similar to someone that knows how to turn the key on in a car and drive it. I know little from the technical side how the car runs. I have little knowledge of the green background setup that I think is required for the virtual studios. If you think you can help me get this “online church” off the “ground” and make it real, I would like to try to make it happen. I am very impressed with the testimonials. I am extremely disappointed with this application because you can only work in SD. You can not work on HD. It is up to the times in which we are. I think I wasted my money. Unless you decide to update it so that it can work. As it stands, only SD not useless. Unfortunately there is no trial version to have evaluated before. Otherwise, do not throw money overboard. What a disappointment. Fatal.
I just hope a sensible solution to my drama. How good was the return of my money. In compliance with a warranty. I do not really useless.
