we do not know what MAC boot campo is, we assume it is a Mac computer: if it is the case, SMU will not run correctly into this , just windows.

I have studied for probably a month concerning your product and also the chroma-key technology. I am so impressed by the products you sell. What I would like to know will the ultra 2 master sets work with the Cinegobs keyer or the Chromakey sold by Tube Tape. I so hope that it will work. I have a Sony Vaio, 4GB 64Bit operating system. It is 16 months old, and works very well. Please email me a quick reply. I am presently living in Vietnam and will be relocating back to the states in 2 months. unfortunately we cannot assure any kind of compatibility outside our products
also usually Vaio systems (especially 64bit) cannot work fine with Ultra.
by the way, you can even try with no risk, because we refund SMU purchase if it not work correctly into your system
I use Vegas 8.5, I am not happy with the chroma keyer that came with it, it leaves edges around the subject, I am using video clips shot with a sony vx 2100 as background. the screen is well lit.
Will your software give better results? Does it integrate with Sony Vegas?

Vegas is a VideoEditing software WITH chromaKey function, SMU2 is NOT an editing video software BUT a Vector Keying program…quite different…and of course results are better
SMU2 does NOT integrate into vegas as Nothing other sw (except CS3) because is NOT made for do this
SMU2 work with its virtual sets and some other made in 3MaxDs, but we assure best result only with its own Vsets, of course
right use of SMU is use it to create effects then use it as piece for editing
we do not talk by phone because we ssell worldwide and is time consuing and USELESS….all info are inside this website and SMU ids the best software all over the world…see demos and that’s it , no need to add much more

It is same as adobe ultra CS3. If you give me a link of demo or trail version with virtual backgrounds. What are the items when we purchased this software. Main thing need of chroma keying, set virtual background like news,quiz,etc..

1-CS3 acquire SMU as standalone package, not the contrary – Keying technoklogy used in CS3 is SMU
2-price is HUGE different
3-CS3 is a editing video suite, SMU is a specific tool for Keying

Hello I am looking for a virtual set to produce a TV show about real estate. For the video demo I saw the package of 3 Serious Magic Ultra 2, seems to be what I need. I would like to confirm that those scenes just the beginning of the video that appears in an aerial image showing several buildings and going inside a building taken at the table and showing the presenter is included in the package 3 of the program.

It’s important to me ’cause I dont’ have green screen and my vidéos are on magenta screen.

best way to work with SMU is to have AVI uncompresssed File
SMU is not an Editing video Progam, is a Keying+Virtual sets (sold separately) Post production system
finally, you can record anything in best way/quality you want, then have a simple and uncompressed avi files wich will be well handled by SMU
of course, if you work in Hires, be sure to have a highlevel pc to make rendering in a timely manner

SMU2 works on 99% of systems, 64bit So sometimes can cause issues, depends on chip onboard and/or other Hw features
